1) How do I log into a chatroom?

Click "Who's Online" in the top menu bar. Once you see the list of available performers, if her box indicates that a particular performer is in her Free room, you may click on that and enter her Free room, or you can choose to take her directly into a private room.

If you choose to take a performer into private, you will be prompted to select which type of chat session you would like, and you will be asked to verify whether you agree to the per-minute charge.

2) Will my old username & password work?

Yes.

3) I had money in my account on your old system. What happens to that?

We transferred 100% of your account balances to our new system.

4) I purchased a time block with one of your performers on the old system. How do I use it?

There are no time block purchases on the new system. If you had an outstanding balance with any performer, let us know via email, and you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused minutes.

5) What's the difference between Premium chat and Fantasy chat? I'm a little confused.

Premium chat is semi-private group chat. Unlimited users may join this group chat.

Fantasy chat is also semi-private group chat, but in this new type of chatroom, performs may do topless shows for their viewers.

NOTE: Not every performer will choose to offer every type of chat. Please be respectful of their choices and limitations.

6) What does 'Be a Voyeur' mean?

Our brand-new Voyeur Mode allows you to log in when a perform is in Premium or Fantasy chat and to see the video portion only at a discounted rate. While in Voyeur mode, you will not be able to see or participate in the text chat.

NOTE: There is NO Voyeur option for One-on-One chat.

7) Is the One-on-One chat totally private? As in, no other viewers can come in?

Yes - our new One-on-One chat option is completely private. This is a premium service, so the prices will be higher.

NOTE: Not every performer will offer the One-on-One chat. Also, do not assume that One-on-One automatically includes the Fantasy chat option. Performers may choose not to offer Fantasy, but still have the option to offer One-on-One. Again, please be respectful of their choices and limitations.

8) Why can't I hear anything?

If the performer is broadcasting audio (most will, but some will not), and you're unable to hear, then merely scroll your mouse over your viewer window and select 'Sound On'.

9) What are some of the other new features?

Enhanced Client Security - We have added additional layers of security in order to provide even more protection for your personal and credit card information as well as your username and password. You will now be required to re-enter your credit card information each time you purchase credits on the system. Although it's less convenient than having your data stored in the system, it is a far more secure method of billing.

Deposit Bonuses - Users who make a $100 purchase will receive $115 in credits.

Mac compatibility - We are now a 'Mac-friendly' service. The use of the Flash player allows our system to be enjoyed on a wider range of user platforms.

2x & Full-screen video - We now offer 3 differently-sized viewer windows.

Client Video Upload - Individual performers may choose to allow viewers to upload their own video streams directly to them. Although not every performer will choose this option, there have been numerous requests for it, so we wanted to include this as a way to enhance the viewers' experience. This option is only available in Fantasy and One-on-One chats.

Private Messaging - Performers and viewers can now exchange private messages in group chat. It is up to the performer to initiate private conversation in the Free chat area.

Video Rentals - Performers may now record their own posing shows to sell. This will allow viewers to see their favorite performers even though they are not able to visit their live chatrooms. Once you purchase a performer video, it remains yours as long as you have a membership and as long as the performer remains active on the system.

Tipping - Users may now tip the performers in any of the rooms - Free, Premium, Fantasy, or One-on-One.

Performer Rating - Users may now rate their favorites on the performer profile pages.
